This dealership is far from Courteous!
Right after this dealership opened we stopped in to look at NEW Dodge trucks. We made it clear that we wanted a NEW vehicle not used.
So the salesperson started to show us the new trucks they had. We found a Ram we liked and test drove it. I asked if it was a demo vehicle since it had a fair amount of miles on it. I was told no it was BRAND NEW NEVER TITLED.
We decided we were going to buy the truck but when it came time to sign the paperwork I saw that this truck was not new-- it was listed as USED! I asked the finance guy about this and he said it had been previously titled. Why was I being told this truck was new?? They had no intention of telling me the truth so I said I didn't want the truck.. At this point they became extremely rude and threw my keys to the truck I was trading in at me.
