I called them when my furnace was acting up. I wanted to give the furnace a tune-up and see if it was running smooth. The thermal coupler needed to be replaced. A $15 dollar fix. He said with the tune up and fix it would be $115. He had to go pick up the part, he fixed it but never tuned up my furnace, never returned my calls, and missed appointments. I think they specialize in rental properties, so I wouldn't call them to use on your house.
