practically new expensive wrinkle free shirt returned with holes ripped in it. not only that, I didn't find out about the rips until the morning I had to wear it for work..nothing mentioned during the pickup. to make matters worse, spoke to the owner and was told they would rather loose my business rather then give a discount or comp for shirt value...yet I spent hundreds of dollars in cleaning with them...not good. Owner response was 'whatever...take your business elsewhere'....
