I took the Versa I purchased here back for service for the first 60k miles I owned it. I suppose I was nervous as it was my first new car and I wanted to ensure any work on it was done right. I was wrong to trust these folks. The expensive service calls failed to address the recalls or minor concerns (rear wiper fluid not functioning) I pointed out each time I went. Excuses varied from simply forgetting to tell the mechanic to not having a "warranty mechanic" available to needing me to leave the car for TWO BUSINESS DAYS WITHOUT OFFER OF A LOANER! I was told I could rent a car while they did the recall work! The sales agent was of no help after the sale. I would discourage anyone from servicing their vehicles here. more
