Beef and Etc. is not the most appealing place, nor name, for a place to eat. The outside of the building is not pretty, either is the inside. The ice cream is great, I wouldn't say the same about the food. The prices are cheap, not very busy, would be a quick choice if you were in a hurry. Food seems greasy, and not high quality.
