My mother had a pre paid burial plan & they were the payee.When she passed away she was cremated.The burial plan wasn't paying them so they called me & asked for help.So I called the company got it taken care of.They needed an extra death certificate other than the 3, I had paid for, to collect the money for the pre paid surprised when they billed me $15 for the death certificate they needed.I would never recommend them to anyone.
