I can't believe I'm the first to review this Toledo icon! The museum has everything you 'd want in a large city museum. I'd like to comment on one small aspect of the museum...the Family Center. This area is geared towards preschool age children and it's a wonderful resouce. They have two large rooms full of activties; in one room, kids can do an art project (they have a new one each week). The other room is the "play area" and contains a puppet theater, water table, many sets of blocks, puzzles, games, books, a dress up area, climbable statue, etc. It is FREE and open Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
