I've always been pleased by Giant Eagle. They have recently lowered their prices on a majority of their "staples", making them more competitive with other large grocery chains. Their produce is always fresh and high quality, and the meat/seafood dept. is great too. If you are a coupon user, this is the place to go. They double up to .99 and are friendly to coupon users. The only drawback is that they limit you to 4 like coupons per order. They have self-scan checkouts for people in a hurry. For convenience, you'll find a video store adjacent to the grocery store along with a pharmacy and a large wine section.
