I've been going to Snip for many years now and a gal by the name of Loralee Jernas cuts and colors my hair. She does a great job every time and is a great converationalist, which makes each visit fun. Her rates are reasonable and she waxes my eyebrows each time, included in her price. I don't know about the threading (never heard of it) but you can always ask. Good luck!
