I had my hair highlighted in a partial weave. There was a chunk of an orange highlight left and I constantly picked it out to the stylist who ignored me. Finally less than a month later I called to make it get fixed. The rest of my hair was a cool blond but the back had a chunk of orange, totally ghetto.
I work at the DA's office and had to be back by 1:30, so we scheduled a "consultation" to "see if she can fix it." Mind you I made this appointment 5 days earlier. I call in that day and she tells me she has a client and that I must come in later or the next day. Negative. I have to work like normal people, and refused to accommodate her poor judgment. After all it was JUST for her to LOOK at my hair for a few minutes.
I show up and after 10 minutes of being told I'm ignorant, that she's educated, we work out a resolution. Not to mention she tried telling me because our heads aren't round the round blow dryers don't work. Seeing my educational background, I understand if I were to be able to take a photo of the molecules being blown from the dryer onto my head I'd literally see a negative image of my head shape. She was very arrogant to believe I was that stupid.
Anyways she called me two hours later to tell me, after we agreed for me to pay an additional 55 dollars to have her fix two rows of highlights (Like three foils!) she told me she doesn't think she can make me happy and that I need to go to another salon.
So basically, because she had my bleaching hair in the cold air 40 minutes before a dryer, the heat processed the hair it reached, and then the dryer was a futile effort. I was only a medium brown with demi permanent color that was last colored 6 1/2 months prior.
They are VERY hostile to anything SMALL you find negative. Not to mention they b*tch about the hair stylist that cut your hair prior.
I was willing to pay their outrageous fee to fix my hair on their small botched job in the back, and then they tell me to never come back!
Get a nose job!
