I go to this Best Buy often when I'm in need of gadgets since it's closest to my house. I recently was looking to purchase a new TV so I did some research on the internet and narrowed the choice down to a few TVs. I then went to Best Buy to see the TVs in person since you can only do so much research on the internet.
I must say that everyone I interacted with was very friendly. The greeter/receipt checker guy welcomed me when I stepped into the store and I immediately went to the back to check out the TVs. After a few minuts of comparing the display quality I decided to get the opinion of one of the guys working in the area. He was very knowledgeable about all the techno talk and confirmed what I had read on the internet. Ultimately I settled for a 47" Samsung display. The nice sales associate helped load the TV on the cart and after checking out at the front had someone help me load it into my car (tight fit in the back seat!).
I really liked how this whole process of buying a new big screen was not a hassle. I didn't feel pressured at the store and everyone was helpful and nice.
