I'm a fan of consignment and retail stores. Spanky's has a consistently good selection of merchandise and pretty good prices. I've also consigned a few items there with some success.
Like most consignment stores, you have to sort through the racks to find what you want. Their buying seems to be a bit uneven; I'm always a bit surprised to see well out-of-style items and rather worn items at higher prices than I would expect. But there are also always those few items that I can't live without, so they must be doing something right.
Definitely check their clearance floor where items are only $2. Consigning items is a good way to get rid of clothes you don't need/want/fit into anymore, or to lose those last few odd items from the lot you bought on ebay. You'll earn credit for future purchases or even a check if they sell more than $22 of clothing for you.
