I had been turned down for a couple of jobs and did not know why until a very nice HR rep told me my credit score was too low and had too many delinquencies. I called Consumer Credit Repair Council and they said they could help me fix my credit. They really did just as they promised and I am very confident now when putting in an application and interviewing, that it is NOT my credit holding up the job......which leads to a whole other realm of insecurities.
