You know, when I had a problem with my car, I dreaded taking it in. And since I'm a female, I felt even more taken advantage of, because what do I know about cars?! My brother in-law referred me to Rick's. He said he was good and honest. So, I tried him, and of course I was very spectacle.
But he was right. Rick is very honest, doesn't tell you that you need something when you don't. Very reasonable prices, doesn't price gouge you. He will give you the honest answer about any problems your vehicle might have. If you need it, he'll tell you. If you don't need it, he'll tell you. He won't tell you things like "you need a tune-up" when you really don't. I've been to several auto repair places when they told me I need something, got a second opinion and found out I really didn't need it.
Rick is a blessing and is not a money hungry thief like bigger companies.
