Kerchers has been in this area as long as I remember. They've moved into a larger more modern location but the premise is still there. Good fresh apples and other produce. I remember going there as a little girl every Saturday with my mother. While she shopped I got a free sample of their homemade apple cider and fresh ground peanut butter.
In the fall they often have activities for local children. Such as decorating pumpkins, etc.
They're a little pricer than the grocery stores but with Kerchers you can drive down Kercher road and see all their apple orchards.
