The Homeless Shelter in Shelby does a decent job. They are trying to weed out homelessness in Shelby, and I know that will not happen. But they seem to be working hard to try and reduce homelessness tremendously. They accept all kinds of donations, and you can call and ask them what they accept exactly. They generally like new items and cash, though. I have been impressed by the strict rules they have. I know they have to be strict, but even with my being impressed, I don't think they are strict enough. But at least there is a shelter here!
