If you need to go somewhere and it's in a popular area, let Cleveland County Transit take you. It's nice to be able to go somewhere without spending a fortune. The last I checked it was a dollar each time you got on and off. It's a van you ride in and is very comfortable. The van runs on a regularly scheduled route and you can get a map from them. It's really a cheap alternative for travel in Shelby in today's society, especially with gas prices being so expensive. I have seen many people use this service since it started a few years ago.
