After having a bad experience at a chain repair shop in town, this business was a breath of fresh air! The mechanic called more than once to keep me informed of the process of figuring out what was wrong, and was very responsive to my price concerns. He NEVER talked to me like a "stupid girl" and even showed me the parts he replaced when I picked up my car. Very reasonable prices.
