I have taken my lawn mower to Duff Shelley for service several times now. Every time, they have given me the "bottom line" as far as what is wrong, and turn around time for repairs has been quick. Prices are very affordable. They also have mowers that you can rent while yours is being repaired. They have new mowers available for sale, as well, but their prices are a bit higher than you would find at "bigger" stores like Home Depot. They also sell Kawasaki bikes and ATVs and it's fun to just browse!
