Our 2 year old has a blast here! The best time to take your toddler would be while the older kids are in school because they play so rough and your little one could get hurt easily. Complaints I would have are there's just not enough employees there to keep an eye on everything, there were bigger kids rough housing in the toddler area and there were those parents that just seem to let their kids run wild without any consideration of others. And then there's the STAIRS. Unsupervised, right in the middle of the place. It just seems like an accident waiting to happen.
I think it's a good place to go when the weather isn't great outside because it gives kids exercise and they have fun. Plus it's inexpensive, on Tues. and Thurs. it's half off and is $5 per child.
