The flowers were dead, the bouquet was wrong, the vase was small, and the Owner, not the staff mind you, laughed at me, and refused to do anything to about it. This was the worst experience ever. PLEASE save your money, or use another florist. This order was orginally placed through Teleflora, and they stopped payment to them, and reordered the flowers for me through another florist.
