I recently had family photos taken by Parsons. The photographer was quite experienced and competent. The photos were good; nothing unique or special. However, they charge outrageously expensive prices to order prints or digital copies. The customer service wasn't that great, so I'm not sure what justifies the cost. On top of charging me an arm and a leg, they said it would take two weeks for me to get my prints (only three 8x10s taken with a digital camera!). Honestly, you'd be better off going somewhere generic like Sears or JCPenney.
