Good: The fence and gate quality does look like it is good. They touted it enough it had better stand up to the rare wind gusts we get through here.. Bad: Timing. We live on a hill... a big hill. Our purposes for adding fences was to go around the hill that makes up the back yard. Besides starting a week after their long estimate (which was a month after the bid, supposedly waiting on our other landscapers) they realized they did not have the pieces necessary to complete the job because *gasp* we lived on a hill and they had the wrong pieces for our slope? Was not impressed with this excuse. Late, then late, then late.. Improvements: Timeliness, planning, price. They were expensive enough the fence should have been made of gold. We went with them because their product (the fence) seemed superior. When they were late repeatedly (causing issues because no fence for our dog after taking the old one down for them) an apology, discount, etc. would have been nice. None have been offered and they are asking for their final payment. Not exactly customer-friendly, in my opinion.. Other: Expected more for the price. The main contact is a salesperson through, which I think is a good strategy. When the requirements are not passed along to those handling inventory, though, there is a problem. A lack of sympathy about the delays is frustrating. At one point they wanted to get in right after the sod went in (after their second delay) and they said it wouldn't hurt the soaking sod, though the company that put in the sod said otherwise. Not sure our property was their priority..
