This is it! Steak and a potato, my kind of food. I used to work electrical and traveled a lot so I've eaten at Outbacks wherever I could find them all across the country. All I ordered the first 15 years I ate at Outback was their Outback Special. Beef flavored to perfection and grilled perfectly. Melt in your mouth delicious! I've now found their prime rib and think it may be even better. In fact, I've eaten 32 ounces of it in one sitting. (Did you know you can order any size you want, even though it isn't on the menu? They charge about $1/lb.) Team it with a loaf of their warm bread, honey butter, a Caesar salad and loaded baked potato and I'm in heaven.
