I hated the Honda service centers in Houston - they took forever and they're not the nicest. So when my Honda needed servicing after my move to Temple I was more than ready to look for a new service center. I narrowed it down between an Austin dealer and Cleo Bay. Was I glad that I went with Cleo Bay!
First off, I brought my vehicle in on a Saturday, they were packed to the rafters and they promised my car back in 2 hours. TWO hours! that's impossible in Houston! And the best part? They actually got it done in less than 2 hours.
Their staff was very nice and knowledgeable and very accomodating, can't really ask for more!
