Copper Indian Cuisine is a fine-dine restaurant located at 301 East Boulevard in Charlotte. The parking is great, and you never have to wait to get a wonderful parking space. From the moment you walk in until you leave the restaurant, you will feel like Kings and Queens. This restaurant has a great decor and excellent wait staff. They very patiently explained their menu. I told them we had never been there before, and she winked at me and said it wouldn't be the last either. She was right. We will definately be back because the selection of foods was just right. I give this place 4 stars!
