We've stayed in this hotel a few times, and it's like (what I would imagine it would be like) walking into a grand resort in the early 1900's. The Boardwalk is designed to be like old Coney Island, complete with carnival games and pedal cars. The rooms are nicely decorated, average in size. Request a room that does not face the boardwalk if you want some quiet, some of the rooms facing the boardwalk can be noisy. And, if you know someone with a vacation club, stay in the villas. Some are just a short walk from MGM, so you could potentially walk to both Epcot and MGM from your hotel room (if you don't mind walking, that is - you can also take a convenient boat.) If you are a runner, the boardwalk area is one of the best places to run in Walt Disney World.
