I brought an electronic file to be copied (100 pieces) and this store did not deliver as promised. I was told it would be ready at 10 AM. I called at noon and was told the order was still being processed. I went to pick-up my order at 5 PM and had to wait another hour for them to finish the job. The reason I was told was that the person who took the order was not there the day after I handed in the material so the order was not processed! I did not need to haggle for a discount. I paid almost nothing in the end. I’ll probable go back there because of the location but for major & time-sensitive jobs, I’ll make sure to go elsewhere.
