I received a bill from Dr. Monka out of this office- whom I haven't seen for over 18 years as a patient.
Not only did I get a bill for an office visit that never happened (it was dated this year) but they had my new address- for a house I moved into a month before!! I haven't even changed the address at my REAL doctors or credit cards- yet somehow they got it.
Sounds like they buy lists from somewhere and then bill out to unsuspecting patients. My husband even said he knows his mom would have paid it and asked questions later... so they could easily scam the elderly.
I have called 3 x's and have had NO response from them- even after threatening to report for insurance fraud.
HORRIBLE OFFICE!! STAY AWAY!!
