My repair guy was extremly nice and accomodating. He went above and beyond with his attitude and friendly personality. He knew what was wrong with my oven in a very short period of time. He got the part ordered for me and come to find out, the oven company, because he had to order it straight from Brown, sent him the wrong part. Jacob was very apologetic and honestly, he was more worried about the time frame that it got fixed than I was, lol. When he said he was going to call, he called. When he said he was going to be there, he was there and all on time. I am very happy with the service.
