We stayed at this hotel on the way to New Orleans and were less than pleased. When we were checking in, the attendant had a visitor that continued to talk to us. I was surprised the guy didn't follow us to our rooms. When we got to our room, the key didn't work. We had to get someone to help us. The only way to get back in our room was to have a housekeeper open the door. There was no smoke alarm either.
