I recently bought a new car at Saturn of Ramsey with more than satisifying results. Upon entering the car dealership, I was enthusiastically greeted by a friendly salesperson who took the time in showing me the ins and outs about my potential purchase. His calm, non-pressuring demeanour made me feel comfortable in deciding to make a pressure. That and teh fact that he answered every single question and was thoroughly knowledgeable in what he was selling. Needless to say the friendly attitude on the entire store helped me make my mind right on the spot. Once the care was puchased they took their time in showing me how to operate everything in the car, explaining all the paperwork involved, and making sure that everything else was all right even after I drove off the lot. Service like this will definitely be a factor if I need to purchase another car in the future.
