I have had my alarm system for about 4 ½ years now. I paid off the security system and I pay a small monthly fee for monitoring services. The only issue I've had with the system was one of the door sensors fell off and I didn't know it. So, my alarm couldn't be armed and I had no idea why until I saw that the sensor for the back door was on the floor. Once that was solved, my system worked fine.
