Magoo's is a fun place to go if you are looking to play serious pool or if you are looking for a place to hang out with friends. The crowd that goes to Magoo's tends to be an older crowd (i.e not too many annoying teenagers) and the place is pretty nice. They have quarter tables as well as regulation size pool tables available for rent by the hour or just use quarters. The bar there is pretty good but the prices are a little high. I think the most interesting thing about Magoo's is that they actually have really good food there. They sell things like chicken fingers and other standard bar far but they also sell sandwiches, steaks, and other things you wouldn't expect to find in a pool hall/bar. They also have a lot of pool tournaments that are going on all the time. There is a little of everything for people that like to play or want to learn how to play pool.
