Good: The aerobics classes. Bad: I froze my account b/c I was pregnant and close to my due date. We ended up moving out of state right after but before my freeze was up. I called to cancel and was hassled b/c the membership ABSOLUTELY has to be canceled in person. They finally agreed to let me cancel by sending a certified letter, which was done but they started charging me a few months later. I called and was told that I never canceled and no letter was on file. They refused to refund my money and my husband had to drive back to cancel.. Improvements: THEN after all of that, they still charged him a 20.00 cancellation fee because he did not have the original contract with him when he came to cancel. If I could give them Zero stars, I would. I am still pissed about it.. Other: There is a chiropractor's office in the fitness center and when you join, you are offered a free session which includes a massage. I filled out a profile when i went to my session which included my name, phone #, insurance info, etc. After my session, the chiropractor's office would not stop calling me even after I told them that I wasn't interested. They kept leaving me messages saying that my insurance would cover it 100%. I had to save their number in my phone under DO NOT ANSWER. It was ridiculous..
