Prepared, frozen meals are thawed out for you to enjoy. Service is slow, and food is basic chain restaurant food. I still don't understand why it is so busy on Friday & Saturday nights????????? This chain is not a place I could bring anyone and have a great dining experience. It is loud in there, the food and drinks take forever and on top of that you cannot even stomach what they put on your plate. Yuck!
