First of all, they have the best receptionist. Knows her job and the business. Understands how insurance works.
Both hygienists I have worked with have done and excellent job. They are friendly, yet professional.
Dr. Grossman is efficient. Knows his profession well.
Wait times are always short. In 5+ years of going there, I have never waited more than 10 minutes. Usually the wait time is under 5.
