Rick has saved me in the middle of the night (2am) off a back country road without exact directions. My friend flew the truck in a ditch and within the hour he was there and pulled me out for a recovery fee that was under $100. He always shows up with his sweet little dog and I've actually seen this more than once. Someone got stuck next to my house in mud and after I was done laughing at them the first thing I did was find them the number to Rick's Towing. He actually still remembered my incident from about three years before.
I did use the Auto clinic for a car repair once. The diagnostic at the time was less than $50. The repair was going to cost me $600 somewhere else and they quoted me less than $400. I cannot comment on the work because I didn't get it done; I instead got rid of the vehicle as I was moving out of state a few weeks later.
