Houston's is one of the classic restaurants on the Plaza. They have a great menu with a wide variety of American food (salads, steaks, sandwiches, fish). I recently had the french dip and it was excellent! It has a casual, elegant atmosphere with dark wood and leather. The servers are excellent and very professional. It's a little pricier than your typical restaurant, but not overly expensive (we recently spent $40 on lunch, for example)--pretty typical for Plaza cuisine. If you're on the Plaza, this is a great place to check out!
