Although the Nan-Ces-O-Wee Hotel could be a wonderful reminder of Sebring's cherished past, it is not much more than a waste of space. It seems to be the temporary living quarters for some of the area's downtrodden outcasts. As the largest surviving commercial building in downtown Sebring, the Nan should be lovingly restored to a glorious hotel with upscale shops in the first-floor stores.
