This park encompasses the banks of the Patuxant River that flows through Laurel. You can fish trout (stocked) and bluegill in the river. There are some decent trails, though the trails don't really go through the whole of the park. Unfortunately, people tend to litter here, and the city doesn't clean up well. There are some pavilions and grills, if you'd like to have a picnic.
