As it was a rainy day today we decided to walk a Mall and headed for Citrus Park. This Mall is accessible from Gunn Highway, Sheldon, or Citrus Park.
We were walking the Mall and this bright cheerful young man asked me about my telephone service. My husband and I walked over and we chatted. I told him how much I liked and how long I had been with T-Mobile. I said the only thing I needed was a free phone. My one was pretty battered after a couple of years.
He took my phone number and the last 4 digits of my social security number and pulled up my details. I am on a very inexpensive plan so no free phone for me.
He had 2 phones to offer me at $99 or more. I told him I just need a phone for emergencies. He spoke with his Manager and offered me a much better price. This persuaded me to purchase a new phone.
Mike, our sales representative, was extremely thorough and explained every form I signed. Then he took the SIM card out of my old phone and put it in the new one. Nowadays there is no activation charge because I kept the same telephone number.
He briefly went over how the new Motorola V188 flip phone worked. He then gave me his telephone number and the 1-800 number if I have any questions.
I have to say that I had no intention of purchasing a phone today and that this transaction was a pleasure.
I highly recommend The Mobile Solution to anyone in the area. It is located in one of the central booths in the Citrus Park Mall.
