We have a timeshare almost next door, Westgate Tower's North, so we can walk to Golden Corral buffet. It is always busy as there are lots of hotels and motels in the area.
We get free breakfasts at Westgate so mainly go for a late lunch around 2.00 to 3.00 p.m. The restaurant is quiet at that time.
I go for the salad bar and pile my plate high. Then I will take a few vegetables and lastly fresh fruit.
My husband loves the soups, then pot roast, and the rotisserie chicken. They also have sugar free desserts as he is a diabetic.
Sometimes they have senior discounts or a free drink at this time of the day. You will never leave hungry.
This location is just a little west of the Disney entrance on highway 192.
