First I really hate the long wait at the Outback. Secondly I ask for my steak pink, not bloody, and it always comes out raw. The service can be good at times but I have also had servers with an attitude.
I much prefer Sam Seltzer's steakhouse at Gulf View Mall, Port Richey. If you are in the area give it a try. Excellent food and service.
