I would like to pass on some things regarding Don Gasgarth’s Charlotte County Ford. I have had some service at their location in the past and it was excellent. When I decided to purchase a new vehicle, I did go to my local dealer in Ft. Myers. What a mistake to deal with the rudest people in the business. I have heard nothing but good about their dealership and with my past service work done by them, I went up and found Mr. Arthur Francis who was the most friendly and professional sales person I have ever had a dealing with. Arthur has all the info and knowledge on the vehicle I was looking for. I ordered the car at that time and were called often with updates of its arrival. On arrival date, I was called and said that it would be ready that afternoon. I arrived and was greeted with my dream car and the friendly Mr. Francis going over it with me. My next meeting with their business manager Mr. Roger Ice was again very professional in getting the paper work completed. I would like to pass my thanks to their people for the FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL SERVICE given to me on my purchase at their dealership. Mr. Francis and Mr. Ice are true assets to their good name at Don Gasgarth’s Charlotte County Ford.
