Abis is a really nice family sushi and Japanese restaurant located in the heart of the Village of Mamaroneck. The service is friendly, polite, and prompt and you can have any number of things including the specials which do not vary very much but are always good. If you are lucky, you can see in the tatami "room" a partially enclosed table with dividers that is inset in the ground so you can sit on the floor but with your legs dangling down. It's almost authentic. It's always a pleasant experience to dine at Abis!
