It was a difficult experience several years ago dealing with this company. They were confused. Right hand did not know what left hand did. His brother was in a similar business and they were feuding and we the customer were caught in the middle. We finally got the job done, but not without a lot of phone calls and anxiety and confusion as to what in the world was going on. We knew of no one else who could do what this company provides and at the time the two brothers were having problems working together.
