I got the impression that they don't care much. Snap, snap, pay and get out. The pictures are OK, but if you want artistic time spent, go somehwere else.
The waiting room is plain with a lot of their pictures on the wall and pictures in books. I think the pictures are rather generic.
We had to go here for son's yearbook. My son does not care about pictures and took the pictures because he needed to do so and he did not care what the pictures looked like. He did not want to go to another place to take more pictures of a better quality, because he was glad to have done it and be done with it.
If you want more quality, go to another place.
