Buyer Beware! This company has a bad reputation of allowing buyers to borrow more than they can afford! They offer a 2-1 buydown and don't seem to care that homeowners can't afford these increasing payments, much less the increasing property taxes (the property tax estimate is based solely on the lot itself). I can remember the high pressure that we received when working with this builder, we were smart and walked away but many are not so lucky! If you don't believe me, take notice of all of their foreclosed properties in these new neighborhoods.
