I've been a customer of Sprint's for the past 5 years, they offer reasonable rates and packages but the coverage areas are poor. I am constantly dropping calls near the south portion of 270 as well as other areas in southern Ohio. I've had some issues with the phones that they sell too and after complaining enough they offered me a refurbished phone at no cost, after 2 more phones I finally have one that works well. I would not recommend them for cellular service!
